Left paratesticular mass mimicking polyorchidism: A case report

We report a rare case of primary scrotal lipoma in 20-year-old patient which clinically mimics left triorchidism. The patients presented with the testicular swelling and ultrasonography scrotum revealed an inhomogeneous hyperechoic mass inconclusive report. hemi exploration was planned, intraoperatively, it found to be paratesticular equivalent size corresponding testicle, separate from testicle. histopathology confirms lipomatous swelling. post-operative period remains uneventful has been on follow-up for past 1 year no relapse.
